Our hand embroidered duvet covers and pillow slips close with fabric covered buttons (traditional, effective and stylish). Our hand embroidered pillow slips are finished with a drawn thread hand worked border of 6cm (4cm for mini slips). Hand embroidered pillow slips are designed as mirror image pairs. Our hand embroidered flat sheets are finished on all four sides with a 7cm drawn thread hand worked border( good enough to use as tablecloths). Our seams are all fully finished and our fitted sheets are designed to fit. Our box pleated valance (bed skirt) is made entirely of our signature linen union fabric, with a 7cm drawn thread hand worked border providing a classic finishing touch for any bed. Or ask for details of our made to order valance in our contemporary collection. SIZES Just to complicate things, bed sizes vary the world over. We keep stock to fit UK beds, US beds and Australian beds. We are happy to make to order to fit your specific bed size if neither of these options is suitable. We think it is important to have well fitted beds. PRICES Our prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include local delivery to Australian addresses. For delivery to addresses outside Australia we will provide you with a quotation by your chosen delivery method prior to dispatch. Delivery charges are payable prior to dispatch. DESPATCH Please allow 28 days for delivery provided the items you have ordered are in stock. It may take a little longer if we are out of stock but we will advise you of this when we receive your order. CUSTOMS AND LOCAL TAXES We are delighted to service our international customers. However you may be subject to import duties, taxes and clearance charges which are levied once the package reaches your country. These additional amounts must be borne by you. Unfortunately we have no control over them nor can we predict what they will be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You will be considered the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive them. Our customs declaration will list the contents of your package and their value. If you have requested our gift service and the order is a gift it will be marked accordingly but we are still required to describe the contents of the parcel and state the value of the goods. WEDDING & GIFT LIST SERVICE Our bed and table linen collections make perfect gifts. We are delighted to assist with gift lists. Simply choose your preferred items and appropriate size and we will do the rest. GIFTS AND GIFT CERTIFICATES You can send a gift using the same method you would to place an order for yourself. When you enter the 'checkout', replace your default address details with the receiver's information and the goods will be delivered there without affecting your default details for future orders. You must indicate that the order is a gift by clicking the box provided. We will send the receipt with the goods to the lucky person without the prices shown. If you wish you can add a message to go with your gift (max 250 characters) and it will be sent with the parcel. We do need a contact name, phone number and address for the gift recipient, in case there are problems during delivery. Only under extreme circumstances would we contact the recipient, as we know in most cases the parcel is a surprise!. Unsure which design or size to choose? Send a gift certificate (minimum value of AUD 100, valid for six months). To have a voucher/s sent, call us on +61 2 9969 4946, print an order form and fax us the details on +61 2 99607058 or purchase the voucher/s online, by first adding one to your shopping list (there is a voucher section within the online shop). When you 'checkout' to pay for them, you will be asked to enter the receiver's address, name and a short message (max 250 characters). The voucher will be sent after the payment process is completed. You can also combine an order for yourself while sending a gift voucher/s to others. Vouchers can be redeemed through this site at any time by returning the voucher to us within six months of its issue for redemption and cancellation. CARE INSTRUCTIONS All items are tested colourfast at 40 ' Celsius and can be machine washed and dried. For best results we recommend machine washing, tumble dry (warm) or line dry to damp then iron to finish. GUARANTEE We take all possible care to reproduce and describe items accurately, however there is the possibility of slight variation between pieces shown and actual pieces. Should you be dissatisfied with any piece for any reason (other than for customer damaged goods) we would be happy to replace it or to provide a full refund upon receipt of the returned unused, unwashed piece within 21 days of despatch.
